"YABIMO Bounty Hunting" Programme

§1. Definitions

Bonus – A bonus at the net amount of PLN 200 for a blue collar worker and the net amount of PLN 1500 for an engineer. In case of specialists who are needed and hard to find, Yabimo can determine
a Bonus at a different amount of which the company shall inform in a separate announcement.
Registration form – a document, according to a determined sample (Appendix No. 1), in which
a Programme Participant reports his willingness to take part in a “YABIMO Bounty Hunting" Loyalty Programme, provides his personal data, provides personal data of the recommended person for purposes of participation in the Programme and consents for collection, systematisation and processing of his personal data with an aim to participate in the Programme and pay bonuses.

Programme Organiser - Yabimo Sp. z o.o., 9 Konarskiego Street
Tarnow, 33-100 / Poland with its controlled companies.

Recommended person – a person whom the Programme Participant recommended the Organiser’s services and takes an active part in the recruitment process.

Programme – A “YABIMO Bounty Hunting" Loyalty Programme is based on offering the bonuses to the Programme Participants in exchange for recommendation of new candidates (Recommended Persons), relying on the rules described in this Statute.

Participant – all present and former employees of projects organised by Yabimo, employed in the current calendar year, having a valid contract of employment, a specific task contract or a contract of mandate.
Statute – A Statute of the “YABIMO Bounty Hunting” Loyalty Programme, in which the Programme rules as well as rights and obligations of the Programme Organiser and its Participants are determined.
Organiser’s website – The Programme Organiser official website – www.yabimo.com

§ 2. General provisions:

Yabimo Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Tarnow at 9 Konarskiego Street, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Tarnow, 12th Economic Division of the National Court Register No. 0000382720, with its controlled companies, further referred to as the Organiser, introduces a Loyalty Programme called “YABIMO Bounty Hunting", further referred to as the Programme, promoting recommendation of persons by persons currently employed or working in the past on projects conducted by the above company in the current calendar year, further referred to as the Participants.

The rules of participation in the Programme are determined exclusively by this Statute.
Yabimo current employees or others employed by the controlled companies for projects organisation conducted by any of the companies cannot participate in the programme.

The data and cv of the Recommended person cannot already be found in the Organiser’s Database on the day when the Participant has sent them.

The address for correspondence with the Organiser in matters related to the programme, further referred to as “the Organiser’s address” is the following: 9 Konarskiego Street, Tarnow, 33-100

§3. Conditions of participation in the Loyalty Programme:

The Programme is designed exclusively for persons who are currently employed or have worked in the past in the current calendar year on projects conducted by YABIMO SP. z o.o. or controlled companies, further referred to as the “Participants."

Persons who are not employed or were not employed in the past on projects conducted by the organiser cannot participate in the Programme.

Participation in the Programme is voluntary.
Provision of personal data within the scope determined in the statute is necessary in order to take part in the programme.

The participation form is accessible at the Organiser’s offices or at www.yabimo.com
It is assumed that the date of entering the programme is the form completion date by the Participant.
The Statute is accessible at the Organiser’s offices, at www.yabimo.com and in the participation form, further referred to as the form (Appendix No. 1), whose completion means familiarisation with the Statute.

§4. Rules for candidates’ recommendation:

The condition to take part in the Programme is the form completion in a legible way, personal data provision and CV delivery of the Recommended Person.

By completing the form, the Participant and the Recommended Person consent for the Statute’s rules and are obliged to observe them. The Participant and the Recommended Person also give consent for collection and processing personal data in accordance with the Act of August 29th, 1997 on personal data protection (J. of L. of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) and communication with the Participant and the Recommended Person by phone or e-mail.
The participation form correctly completed comprises the Participant’s following data: name, surname, the Recommended Person’s data: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail, CV.
The completed and signed participation form is delivered by the Participant to the organiser’s offices, by e-mail or at the organiser’s website.
The form completed by the Participant with the use of an application at the Organiser’s website and the statute rules acceptance are tantamount to the Participant’s handwritten signature.
The Organiser does not bear responsibility for the form which comprises mistakes, is not legible or completed incorrectly by the Participant. The forms which comprise mistakes, are not legible, completed incorrectly or forms which have been not delivered to the Organiser, shall not result in the participation in the programme.
The Participant has a right to view the contents of his data and demand their change, update or removal upon a written request delivered to the Organiser. The demand of removing the data is tantamount to the resignation from participation in the programme. The Participant can take part in the programme at any moment of its duration.
The number of Persons Recommended by the Participant is unlimited.

§5. Rules of granting bonuses for recommendations:

The Participant’s recommended person who undergoes the recruitment process positively and shall be employed on a project conducted by the Organiser has to work for at least 3 months. After
3 months the Participant shall receive a bonus at the net amount of PLN 200 for a recommendation of a blue collar worker and the net amount of PLN 1500 for a recommendation of an engineer.
The organiser can determine a bonus at a different amount of which the company shall inform in
a separate announcement in case of specialists who are needed and hard to find. The Bonus determined individually for specialists who are needed and hard to find, however, cannot be lower than the net amount of PLN 200 for a blue collar worker and the net amount of PLN 1500 for an engineer.
The participant shall receive information by e-mail from an Organiser on granting him a bonus for the recommended person.

The Programme participant shall receive a bonus by transfer to a given account.
The Bonus is paid not later than 30 days since the last day of the 3rd working month of the recommended person.

§6. Personal data:

The Organiser is an administrator of the personal data in the Programme. The data shall be processed in accordance with the Act of August 29th, 1997 on personal data protection (J. of L. of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) for the purpose of participation in the Programme and granting bonuses in the Programme.

The personal data processing shall comprise collection, consolidation, storage, processing and preparation. Such personal data as the Participant’s name and surname, name, surname, telephone number, e-mail, CV of the recommended person shall be processed. Data provision is voluntary, yet necessary for participation in the Programme.

Every Participant of the Programme has a right to retract consent for processing his personal data by the Organiser. Retracting consent is tantamount to retracting participation in the Programme. Retracting consent should be done in writing and requires sending such notification to the Organiser’s correspondence address.

§7. Final provisions:

The Programme’s Organiser reserves the right to change the contents of this Statute at any time. The Programme’s Participants shall be informed of any changes with respect to the conditions and rules of the Programme in advance. All such information shall be provided officially at the Organiser’s website for view.
The Organiser can suspend the programme realization temporarily or decide about the Programme closure at any time informing its Participants by providing information at the Organiser’s website for view.
